Diamonds, gemstones and pearl jewellery needs to be treated with care. Even a diamond, the world's hardest material, can be damaged under certain circumstances. To prevent damage as much as possible, we recommend that you avoid exposing your jewellery to the following:

Variable temperatures,

Perfumes and cosmetics,

Ultrasonic cleaning,

Household chemicals.

PEARL JEWELLERY

If worn often, pearls should be cleaned and restrung professionally once a year.

Between cleanings, wipe pearls gently with a damp cloth.​

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

​Items purchased with 20%-60% off discounts are FINAL SALE.  

Merchandise must be returned within 15 days from which it was originally purchase. it must be presented in its original packaging and accompanied by the appropriate sales receipt. We will be pleased to arrange an exchange or issue merchandise credit. NO CASH OR CREDIT CARD REFUNDS will be given. We cannot accept returns of engraved merchandise or items which show signs of wear.

You may return or exchange your jewellery or watch in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. We will not accept any return if the merchandise shows signs of wear, has been used, or has been altered from its original condition in any way.

Engraved or customized jewellery cannot be returned for exchange or refund.

Special order, Personalized and made-to-order jewellery cannot be returned for exchange or store credit.
